UNDERTAKING:
High Altitude Trekking and Climbing is an Adventure Sport requiring substantial physical
fitness, mental determination and endurance. At times, the use of technical climbing and
mountaineering equipment may be required in order to navigate varying terrains of rock, snow
and ice. Such expeditions would result in sustained exposure to natural elements and at times,
exposure to cold and reduced levels of atmospheric oxygen will occur.
In consideration of, and as payment made for or confirmation given for the right to participate
in the trip, activities, logistics & food arranged for me by “Adventure-Pulse” or its agents or
associates in connection with the said trip, I hereby fully understand the physical fitness
requirements demanded of HIGH ALTITUDE TREKKING & CLIMBING and confirm my
participation in the said event . I hereby release and discharge “Adventure-Pulse” and or its
agents and associates from all actions, claims, or demands for damages resulting from my
participation in the trip.
I will undergo a medical examination to certify my physical fitness by a qualified medical
practioner to further assess my physical and medical preparedness to undertake any High
altitude trekking & climbing with “Adventure-Pulse”. I have carefully read the information
provided to me and fully understand its contents and hence, signing it of my own free will. I also
note that I will not try any activity during the course of the trek without the supervision of
instructors.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once the advance payment is made, in the eventuality of Cancellation, the entire amount will
be retained towards cancellation charges of arrangements, logistics and permits; wherever applicable.
- Once the complete payment is made, in the eventuality of cancellation, the refund amount
will be, as follows:
- 50% of the amount is refundable, if the trip is cancelled before 30 days from date of
departure.
- 25% of the amount is refundable, if the trip is cancelled before 15 days from dated of
departure.
- 0% of the amount is refundable, if the trip is cancelled within 14 days preceding the date
of departure or during the course of the trek due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc as a
result of Force majeure.
On our part, we understand that at times, inadvertent circumstances that compel an individual to postpone their intentions of undertaking this trek. We will try our best to facilitate the trek by providing you the opportunity to join alternate dates in the season, or even join us for the trek in the next season rather than completely cancelling the trip. Based on the situation, some basic charge towards arrangements, logistics and permits; will be applicable, but the remaining amount can be carried forward to the next trek, we schedule.
