Remember, any peak you opt for will require excellent levels of physical fitness and will test your mind space as well as your determination. In order to ensure that you are prepared for this, we highly recommend you to train at least 3 to 4 months in prior of your expedition and build up your endurance and stamina.
Furthermore, we cannot lay enough stress on how important your operator is. It is incredibly necessary to have a team that is equipped technically as well as has enough labor and logistics in place. Mountains are harsh, and they can be harsher on these climbs, your safety cannot be a compromise. Secondly, invest in good gear (purchase or rental) and stay motivated to make it to the top but more importantly remember “Summit is optional, descent is mandatory”.
